The replacement of the engine oil and the filter is the typical do-it-yourself maintenance but it is absolutely necessary to dispose of the used oil in specialized collection centers; start by opening the front hood, remove the plastic cover on the engine and intercept the seat of the engine oil filter: it is located on the front right side when looking from the front; place a tray under the oil pan and unscrew the drain plug and while draining the used oil replace the oil filter cartridge and the o-rings; after draining, screw the sump cap and fill the engine with new oil until the maximum level is reached. Finally, reset the service message on the instrument panel: this is a manual operation to be carried out using the menu buttons on the steering wheel.
