In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Lancia Kappa 2.4 JTD, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, let's make sure that the engine is completely cold, after which we open the hood and lift the front side, taking all necessary safety precautions. Next, we go underneath the vehicle, remove the cover, unscrew the drain hole bolt with a Torx T50 wrench, and let all the oil contained in the system drain out. At this point, all that’s left to do is unscrew the old filter, tighten the replacement, reassemble everything, and add the necessary amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
