Key Fob Battery Replacement for Land Rover Range Rover Sport

For Range Rovers equipped with a key fob featuring Keyless or Smart Key system, the key is used solely as a remote. To start the engine, simply keep it in your pocket for recognition, allowing you to start the engine with the designated button. To replace the battery in this key, first detach the chrome side insert by sliding it upward and then sideways. At this point, extract the blade (the mechanical key) and use it to pry between the two halves to separate them and access the battery compartment (model CR 2032) on the electronic circuit.
