How to Remove the Radio Screen from the Freelander 2

Want to remove the radio screen from the Freelander 2? Follow these steps to disassemble all parts of the centre console. Remove the upper cover of the radio, then unscrew the securing screws located underneath it. Take off the gear lever surround, and detach the radio cover from above the console. Once you have extracted the radio display from the console (using a lever), disconnect all power connectors (if you need to replace the part). Refit the part in the upper section of the dashboard and all the covering plastics (ensure the plastic clips are engaged).
