Operation: How do you replace the timing belt on your Land Rover Freelander?

Replacing the Land Rover Freelander timing belt is done by opening the hood, so that you unscrew the screws that secure the cover to the left side of the engine block. Once these screws have been loosened it will be possible to detach this cover and access the pulleys at the bottom of the piece. By loosening the nuts that fix the pulleys, it will be possible to remove them and also the related timing belt; once the old pieces have therefore been removed, it will be possible to install the new ones by covering everything with the relative panel.

How to activate the cruise control of the Nissan Qashqai
