How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Land Rover Freelander

To replace the timing belt on the Land Rover Freelander, lift the vehicle using a jack so you can remove the front right wheel and the corresponding wheel arch. Once these components are removed, loosen the central nut of the tensioner pulley, moving it from its housing: this will allow the belt to reduce its tension. This way, the old belt can be removed from its housing, and you can fit the new one, reinstalling the pulley and all other previously removed components.
