Let's see how to change the automatic transmission fluid in a Land Rover Evoque: (obviously, specific tools are required for this job and this is for illustrative purposes) first, remove the underbody cover to access the transmission: you will need to lift the vehicle properly. Position a drain pan to allow the transmission to drain some fluid so you can add the cleaning additive. Insert the oil and additive into the appropriate compressor. At this point, take the vehicle for a test drive to circulate the additive in the transmission and check for any issues. Now you can lift the vehicle again and remove all the fluid to start the cleaning procedure. The cleaning oil is inserted into the special machine. From two different feeds, the machine recovers the old fluid and then pushes in the new fluid. Use the compressor to add a special additive. Watch for fluid to come out from the bottom, indicating the level has been reached. Reinstall the hoses and add more fluid to achieve the perfect level even when hot. Perform a final test drive, and the job is complete.
