Replacing the Cabin Air Filter on the Land Rover Freelander 1

To prevent foreign objects from entering the ventilation system of the Land Rover Freelander 1, the filter mounted on the intake must be periodically replaced to ensure its effectiveness. To change it, sit in the front passenger seat; under the glove compartment, you will find the cover of the filter box secured with four screws that can be removed using a 6 mm socket spanner. Remove the cover, which is integrated with the filter element, and replace it with a new one. Refit the cover and secure it with the four screws.
