How to Change Engine Oil on a Mazda CX-5

Change the engine oil and filter on a Mazda CX-5. This operation is simple if you follow the correct steps. Lift the car on a column lift or jack, unscrew the oil sump bolt with a socket wrench (after removing the plastic protective panel), allow the fluid to drain into a disposal container, and then re-tighten the sump bolt (unscrew the filter next to it with a socket wrench). After draining the oil from the engine, lower the car and lift the bonnet, securing it. Refill the engine with new oil. Measure the oil level multiple times with the metal dipstick until you reach the ideal level.
