Resetting the oil light on a 2021 Mazda CX-5 is a simple and quick task to do independently; insert the key into the ignition switch and turn on the dashboard of the onboard computer. From the onboard computer, select the "Information" option and then "Vehicle Status". Set the maintenance interval and wait for the mileage to load for the next service by selecting the "Reset" option. Once loading is complete, restart the dashboard to finish the reset procedure. Never reset the light if the service has not been performed.
