Replacing the Battery in a Mazda 5 Key

Model: Mazda 5 MK 1 - Years 2005-2015

Press the designated button to release the manual spare key. You will now have access to the slot of the cover on the key fob: as shown in the video, lever in this slot using a small flathead screwdriver to remove the cover. Here is the battery! It is a CR1620 and can be easily found in hardware stores or large supermarkets. Using the small flathead screwdriver again, remove the battery from its holder and insert the new one you purchased. Close the cover, and you're done. Good luck!
