In this video tutorial, you will learn how to reset the diesel particulate filter (DPF) light on the second generation Mazda 6. First, open the bonnet of your car and start by removing the plastic cover of the fuse box, located to the right of the battery.

Next, connect a copper wire to the connector found at the top left, as shown in the video.

At this point, ground the other end of the wire. Then, press the accelerator pedal ten times to perform the reset.
