To replace the Mazda 6 window switch unit, proceed as follows: 1) Disconnect the battery. 2) Using a Teflon tool, lever the mask on the door folder in order to remove it, paying attention to the electrical connections. 3) Using a slotted screwdriver, disconnect the clips that hold the electrical connections in place. 4) Using the appropriate screwdriver, remove the electric window lifter switch unit from the grille. 5) To reinstall the electric window switch unit, proceed in reverse order. 6) Verify correct operation.
