How to remove the original stereo from a Mercedes M-Class? Follow this video for the correct disassembly procedure. First, use a plastic lever to remove the control panel of the ventilation system, then, with the help of a screwdriver, unscrew the screws of the metal tabs located on the sides of the stereo until it disengages from the dashboard. Now, pull the stereo out of the dashboard, disconnect the various power connectors located at the rear and the antenna reception cable. Extract the unit from its slot. To reassemble the various disassembled parts, proceed in reverse order.
