How to Reset the ESP Light on a Mercedes Sprinter

In this video, you will learn how to reset the ESP light on a Mercedes Sprinter: this message appears especially when the battery is flat or has been replaced; in short, there has been a loss of power. In this case, the steering angle sensor loses its calibration, which can be easily reset manually. Turn on the ignition and turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. Hold this position for 2-3 seconds. Then turn the wheel to the opposite position, holding it to the right for another 3 seconds. Gently return to the centre, turn off the vehicle and remove the key. Wait about ten seconds and then start the engine. The ESP light should now be off.
