The oil and filter change is the core of the service, using synthetic oil approved by Mercedes (MB229.5 or higher) and replacing the filter cartridge and gasket. The most extensive part is the multi-point maintenance inspection, where the technician visually and functionally checks the main components of the vehicle, such as the thickness and condition of the brake rotors and front pads, the brake fluid level; the tires are then rotated and the shock absorbers inspected; the undercarriage is checked for any fluid leaks; fluid levels, battery integrity, and air filter replacement are checked. Reset the onboard computer. Optional replacement of the windshield wiper blades and tire balancing.
