How to Change the Cabin Air Filter in a Mercedes A-Class

To replace the cabin air filter in a Mercedes-Benz A-Class, open the hood. Locate the area under the windshield on the passenger side, where the cabin filter housing is located. Remove the gasket or plastic cover that protects the housing. Unscrew the screws or unclip the clips securing the filter cover. Pull out the old cabin air filter from its seat, paying attention to the installation direction. Clean any dust residue inside the housing. Insert the new filter, respecting the airflow direction indicated by the arrows. Close the cover and reattach the screws or clips. Replace the gasket and close the hood.
