Replacing Glow Plugs on a Mercedes ML

Are the glow plugs on your Mercedes ML damaged? Here’s how to remove them from above the engine. Pull the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it in place. Remove the engine cover panel from the Mercedes, and take off any additional covers if present. Access the coils located above the glow plugs. Grip the coil with your hands and twist it until it comes out of the cylinder head. Unscrew the glow plugs using a socket. Take the new glow plug and insert it into the cylinder head with the socket. Start the Mercedes ML and check the operation.
