Intercooler Replacement on Mercedes E

Model: Mercedes Classe E W211 - Years 2002-2009

Want to replace the intercooler on your Mercedes E? Remove the bumper to access the intercooler and take it out. Lift the hood by pulling the release lever. Using a battery-powered screwdriver or a wrench, remove the fastening pins located at the top of the bumper. Once the screws at the top are removed, take out the splash shield pins and finally remove the pins at the bottom of the bumper. Carefully pull the bumper away from the vehicle body. Remove the clamps from the intercooler hoses; take the intercooler out from the front. Install the new part with all the necessary mounting pieces. Test the vehicle's operation.
