Instructions for Removing Power Steering Pump on Mercedes C-Class W204

Model: Mercedes Classe C W204 - Years 2007-2013

Today we will see the instructions to remove the power steering pump from a Mercedes C-Class W204. First, open the hood and remove the plastic engine cover, also taking off the side intake hoses; then unscrew the screws located above the front bumper and remove the shield. Next, drain the fluid from the fuel pump and unscrew its mounting screws to remove it, disconnecting all fuel lines; now remove the sealing ring and with a 22 mm wrench, unscrew the bolt of the aluminum tube located next to the power steering pulley. Finally, remove the pulley along with the power steering pump!
