Oil and Oil Filter Change on a Mercedes Sprinter

Model: Mercedes Sprinter MK 2, W906 - Years 2006-2018

Work underneath the vehicle, specifically under the engine bay, and unscrew the 13 mm bolt that acts as a plug for the drain hole. Use a socket spanner to do this, then collect the used oil in a container. Check the O-ring on the bolt and replace it if necessary. While the oil is draining, unscrew the oil filter from the top of the engine bay. Have some absorbent paper ready as oil will obviously come out. Remove the used filter from the container and fit the new filter in place. Refill with the same amount of oil that was drained.
