On the occasion of the ordinary service, it is a good idea to carry out a series of checks that are generally neglected. Once the vehicle has been lifted onto the deck, inspect the pipes, wiring, hoses, grommets, exhaust pipe, any play, brake wear and integrity of the underbody in general. Then move on to the actual maintenance by replacing the engine oil (drain plug on the side of the oil pan), oil filter (cartridge, accessed from the engine compartment), passenger compartment air filter (compartment under the windscreen), diesel filter (move the sensor from old to new filter), engine air filter. When finished, reset the service light using the diagnostic tool.
