How to Reset the Automatic Transmission Control Module in a Mercedes E-Class W211

In this video, we will see how to reset the automatic transmission control module of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class W211. Get in the car and start by turning the key to position one to power on the instrument cluster. Press the accelerator pedal all the way down for about thirty seconds. While keeping the pedal pressed, turn the key to position 0. Now wait about 5 minutes without opening any doors or windows. Remove the key and press the accelerator pedal again for a few seconds. Now reinsert the key, and the error message will be gone.
