How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a Mercedes C-Class?

To replace the fuel filter on a Mercedes C-Class, open the hood to access the components in the engine compartment. First, remove the plastic cover on top of the engine block, locating the fuel filter to its right. Disconnect the hoses and the connector attached to the sensor on the filter. Once the screws securing it are removed, the filter can be pulled out of its housing and replaced with a new one.
