Thanks to this brief video tutorial, you can see the procedure to change the time on the onboard computer of your Mercedes C-Class, model W204, produced from 2007 to 2013. First, turn on the vehicle's instrument cluster without starting the engine. Next, press the System "SYS" button located on the left side of the radio controls.

This will open a menu on the information display. Using the knob on the center console, select "Time" and then "Set Time". From here, you can adjust the time using the knob.
