In this tutorial, see how to replace the glow plugs in the Mercedes E-Class, a relatively simple operation that requires attention. First, wait for the engine to cool down sufficiently, then open the hood, loosen the two indicated metal clamps, and disconnect the intake manifold. Next, remove the air filter box, disconnect the additional indicated hose, and remove the block containing the EGR valve. At this point, simply remove the exhaust manifold, gently unscrew the faulty glow plug, and follow the reverse procedure.
