To replace the spark plugs on a Mercedes B-Class, open the bonnet to access the components located within the engine bay. At the top, you will find the air filter box, which must be removed to access the underlying coils. These can be extracted from their housing to locate the spark plugs underneath.

Remove the spark plugs using a spark plug socket and replace them with new ones. After replacement, reassemble all previously removed parts.
