To check the engine oil level on a Mercedes C-Class, turn on the ignition so you can navigate through the options on the dashboard display. Press the button located to the left of the dashboard until the "Oil level" option appears.

Once this message is displayed on the screen, turn the ignition key to the second position and wait a few seconds. The sensor will show the amount of oil needed to reach the maximum level.

After adding the necessary amount, you can turn off the dashboard.
