Replacing the battery in the key fob of a Mercedes Benz A-Class is a very simple operation that can be done in a few steps on your own. Start the battery replacement by extracting the emergency metal key from the fob; to do this, pull firmly on the top part of the fob. Once the metal key is removed, insert it into the central part of the fob to open it. After opening it, remove the worn battery and insert a CW2032 3 V battery. Now, just close the fob.
