How to Replace the Transmission Fluid in a Mercedes E-Class?

To replace the transmission fluid in a Mercedes E-Class, lift the vehicle and loosen the drain plug located at the bottom of the oil pan. Once this plug is removed, allow all the old fluid to drain into a properly positioned container. When the fluid has completely drained, refill through the same opening, using appropriate tools to push the fluid in. Once the refill is complete, reinstall the drain plug, securing it properly.
