To dismantle the dashboard of a Mercedes Vito, use a tool to lever off the front door pillars; this will give you access to the side parts of the dashboard, where the side screws securing the upper trim panels are located. Next, open the glove compartment and loosen the screws that secure it internally; you will also need to remove the steering wheel and detach the panels around the steering column and instrument cluster.

After removal, you can replace all the panels with new replacement parts.
