In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the EGR valve on a Mercedes CLC, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure the engine is completely cold, then open the bonnet and remove the plastic cover. Next, locate the valve in question, disconnect the indicated connector using a flathead screwdriver, and with an E10 socket, unscrew the two securing bolts. Now disconnect the pipe, grasp the valve, and pull it out of its housing. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
