Now you can release the pedal, but do not open any doors and wait inside for two minutes.

After this time, start the engine; this procedure resets the Mercedes automatic gearbox to its factory settings. Now drive the vehicle for at least 15 minutes to allow the gearbox to adapt to your driving style.
