Where is the battery located in the Mercedes S-Class?

In this video we can see where the battery is located in the Mercedes S-Class and how to proceed in case we need to replace it, a very simple operation. As shown, the battery is located inside the engine compartment, precisely under the cover located on the passenger side right in front of the windshield. To replace the battery, first make sure the key is not inserted, then open the cover itself and, with a 10mm socket wrench, disconnect both terminals. Then unscrew the lower fixing bolt with a 13mm wrench, remove the battery and install the replacement following the reverse procedure.
