How to Remove the Cabin Air Filter in No Time

Model: Mercedes Sl R230 - Years 2001-2011

The cabin air filter purifies the air inside the vehicle and is located under the glove compartment on the passenger side. Obtain two identical cabin air filters of the same model as the original. To access the removal, unscrew the screws of the panel on the passenger side and move the covering. Disconnect the plastic clips that hold the filter cover by simply moving them. Once the filter cover is removed, take out the filters by pulling them outward carefully to avoid dust dispersal. Place a cloth on the floor to catch any dirt. Insert the new filters into the housing and close the cover with the clips. Be careful when opening and closing the clips, as they are made of plastic and can break if not handled with care, compromising the seal of the filter cover.
