To replace the headliner on a MG ZS, remove all the pieces that obstruct its extraction: these include the interior rearview mirror, side handles, sun visors, etc. Once all these components are removed by loosening their specific mounting screws, you can move the plastic covers of the wheel wells, completely freeing the headliner. It can now be extracted by opening the rear hatch of the vehicle, allowing the headliner to pass through the trunk as you replace it with a new part.
