Disassembly of the radiator of a Mini Cooper

Model: Mini Mini R53, R50, R52 - Years 2001-2007
Part: Radiator

Let's see how the radiator is removed on a Mini Cooper. We remove the soundproofing panel of the engine, then, with a suitable socket wrench, we go to unscrew all the fastening screws of the front bumper. We remove the front bumper. We unscrew the clamping screws above the plates that block the radiator at the top, then lift the car onto a column bridge and loosen the clamp of the water hose. We detach the various convoy sleeves of the refrigeration system with pliers. Once free from screws and pipes, we can extract the fan kit and immediately afterwards the radiator from the engine compartment. Let's get ready to mount the new piece in the engine compartment: mount the cooling fans, clamps, pins and various pipes. We mount the front bumper.

How to Replace the Spark Plugs of the Chevrolet Spark

Release and lift the bonnet. The first step is to disconnect the battery plugs to protect all electronic components. Now, remove the bolts securing the cover to the engine, disconnecting the hose on the side as well. Disconnect the connectors on top of the coils and then remove the coils by pulling them straight up after removing the bolts that hold them in place. Now, using a socket wrench, unscrew the spark plugs from the bottom of the newly freed hole, taking care not to let too much dirt enter this cylinder.
