How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Nissan Qashqai

How to replace the timing belt on a Nissan Qashqai? Lift the car on a column lift, remove the front wheel and the right wheel arch liner. Once these operations are done: lift the bonnet, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the metal timing belt cover. Using a suitable spanner, loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Use a socket to unscrew the securing bolt of the tensioner pulley, remove the water pump as shown in the video. Fit the new water pump (previously removed), the tensioner, and the belt itself, tightening everything with the socket. Refit the wheel arch liner and finally the wheel with the tyre on the vehicle.
