Here’s how to change the engine air filter on a Nissan Qashqai. Open the car door, lift the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and raise the front bonnet, securing it with the prop rod. Remove the cover of the air filter; open the air kit and extract the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly against the plastic walls). Finally, refit the air box cover and tighten the screws (clips). Close the front bonnet after maintenance.
