Remove the instrument cluster from a Nissan Micra? Let's see how to do it. Remove the plastic trim around the instrument cluster (without breaking the plastic clips) and detach it from the dashboard, then lower the steering wheel using the release lever. Remove the trim covering the instrument cluster, unscrew the fixing screws with a screwdriver. After removing the screws, pull the piece out from the dashboard and disconnect the power connector. Fit a new instrument cluster into the dashboard (repair the same one). Screw in all the fixing screws and refit the various cover plastics.
