Nissan Micra - Video tutorial
Model: Nissan Micra
K12
- Years 2002-2010 Let's see the replacement of the timing belt on a Nissan Micra. We remove the right front wheel after lifting the vehicle on a jack. After removing the stone guard from under the mudguard we remove the belt cover panel (we disassemble the sensor if present). With a suitable fixed wrench we loosen the second belt tensioner and remove the belt from its seat. After having mounted the new belt, with a fixed wrench we go to assemble the belt tensioner roller, we stretch until we have the right belt tension (we assemble the two belts). Finally we check the belt tensioner and the belt itself, we tighten everything with the socket wrench. We mount the stone guard and all the covers.
