Operation: How to remove the instrument cluster of a Nissan Qashqai

Before we can start, we will have to sit in the driver's seat of our Nissan Qashqai. So let's start by completely lowering the steering column. After that, we will have to disengage and remove the cover located under the instrument panel. By doing so, we will have reached the screws that secure the instrument panel to the car. We then proceed by unscrewing and removing the screws in question. At this point, we will have to go and extract the instrument panel from its housing. When we have completed this step, we will have to disconnect the rear electrical connector, to then definitively remove the instrument panel, and we will have completed the disassembly.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
