To reset the Service light on a 2016 Nissan Qashqai, press the ignition button without pressing the clutch, so that only the instrument cluster lights up. Once the cluster is on, navigate through the menu using the controls on the left spoke of the steering wheel: select "Settings", then "Maintenance", and finally "Service". Pressing the button on the left spoke will bring up a message asking if you want to confirm the reset: selecting "Yes" will reset the light correctly.
