To replace the auxiliary belt on a Nissan Micra, loosen the bolts securing the front right wheel, then those fixing the inner wheel arch cover. Removing the cover will give access to the pulleys. By loosening the central pin of the tensioner roller, you will reduce the tension on the auxiliary belt. This will allow you to remove it from its housing and replace it with a new spare part. Once the new belt is in place, tighten the pin of the tensioner roller and reinstall the wheel arch and corresponding wheel.
