Nissan Micra - Video tutorial
Model: Nissan Micra
K12
- Years 2002-2010 Let's get ready to replace the timing belt on a Nissan Micra: lift the car on a column or jack bridge and remove the front wheel, with a screwdriver the right wheel rocker. Once these operations have been carried out: lift the engine hood, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the belt cover (metal or plastic cover). With a suitable fixed wrench we loosen the belt tensioner roller and remove the belt from its seat. After having mounted the new belt, with a fixed wrench we go to tighten the belt tensioner roller, we stretch until we have the right tension of the belt (previously mounted). Finally we check the belt tensioner and the belt itself, we tighten all the pins with the socket wrench.
