To replace the outside door handle on the Nissan Titan, open the door to detach the circular cover on the side of the door. Under this cover, there will be a screw that needs to be loosened to extract the door lock from its housing.

Once the lock is removed, you can also take out the corresponding handle, freeing it from its housing. After the old handle is removed, insert the new one and then also insert the corresponding lock.
