Replacing the Door Lock Actuator on the Nissan Altima

Let's see how to remove the door lock actuator on the Nissan Altima: remove the cover of the inner handle and then the window switch panel, disconnecting the electrical connectors. There are usually Phillips screws under the armrest and behind the handle cover; pull the panel outward with firm force, starting from the bottom edge. Disconnect the window, mirror, and speaker connectors. Lift the plastic protective sheet (without tearing it; you will reinstall it at the end). Remove the window bracket and disconnect the door actuator: it may be necessary to tilt it to get it out. You can find the part on AliExpress with code 1005010658349889 for €51.69, with free shipping. Install it by snapping the rods into place, re-screw the bolts, and reconnect the electrical connector. Reinstall the window bracket and then reassemble all other pieces in reverse order: protective sheet, panel connectors, door panel, switch panel. Perform a lock/unlock test, and you're done.
