If you have problems starting the engine and its rpm is irregular, with performance significantly below average, it is likely that the problem lies in the air flow meter; moreover, if the engine warning light also remains on, it is possible to check the fault memory to check the fault code stored: in this case the anomaly refers precisely to the air flow meter; this sensor is located just under the filter box and is fixed with three screws: then disconnect the socket, unscrew the fixing screws, extract the sensor from its seat and install the new one by tightening the fixing screws and reconnecting the socket; delete the fault memory and make sure that the engine warning light remains off.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
