Operation: How to replace the fuel pump on the Nissan Sunny n17

The guide shows how to replace the fuel pump of the Nissan Sunny n17. The first operation to be performed is to lift the rear bench seat to access the pump inspection opening. Undo the three cover bolts and disconnect the electrical connector and the fuel supply system pipes. Clean the compartment from any debris and unscrew the pump fixing ring nut. Pull out the fuel pump, being careful of any fuel that may spill. Install the new pump and tighten the fixing nut. Reassemble the hydraulic hoses and the electrical connector. Run the engine a few times to get the fuel pump filled.
