How to Change the Oil on a Nissan Sentra?

To change the oil, lift the Nissan Sentra using a mechanic's lift or suitable jack stands so you can position yourself under the car. Here, you will find the oil pan with a drain plug that, once removed, allows the used engine oil to flow out of the car. For this reason, make sure to place a large enough container underneath to catch the fluid and prevent it from spilling on the floor. Also, replace the oil filter located nearby, and then add new engine oil through the designated opening in the hood.
